The theme for the 2014 Troop Webelos Outdoor Weekend was “Electric,” with Dr. Frankenstein and his monster as the mascot characters. The Monster was played by Eagle Scout Nick Bieser, and Doctor Frankenstein (or was it Doc Brown?) was played by Jonny Fisher.
