Troop 26 Summer Camp Program
Summer Camp is an extremely important component of the program provided by Troop 26. All scouts should participate in summer camp. Summer camp is where scouts learn new skills, build strong bonds with their peers and scoutmasters, create life-long memories, and develop their interpersonal and leadership skills. Troop 26 traditionally has summer camp at Hale Scout Reservation in Talahina, OK. Camp Hale covers 520 acres in the beautiful Winding Stairs mountains in Southeastern Oklahoma. Hale has a lake, pool , artificial ski slope, horseback riding stables, and more. Scouts can choose from over 60 different merit badges and activities.
