At this time, there is no need to sign up for merit badge courses. More information will be provided later.|
|Medical Forms:||All summer camp attendees (scouts and adults) must have updated medical forms. This requires a visit to your primary care physician for a physical. This needs to be completed no later than April 30th. Submit all medical forms to Dennis Keilbarth. Click here to download the latest medical form.|
|Prescriptions:||Scouts who require prescriptions must provide the prescriptions to Dr. Frank Parks in advance of summer camp. Prescriptions must be in their original container with the scout name clearly marked on the bottle. Dr. Parks cannot legally accept medication in unmarked containers.|
