Rick Hayes is a critical member of the Assistant Scoutmaster team as head advancement coordinator and a friend to all. A Troop 26 Eagle Scout himself, he has been around to see his two sons make Eagle and now has two grandsons in the troop. This patch was given out at the 2013 float trip when Rick Hayes was honored with the second Troop 26 Pillars Award.
